The Peace Operations Centre of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan (KAZCENT) hosted the presentation of certificates and diplomas of international standard to graduates of the French language course.
A special guest, the director of the French Alliance in Almaty, Zhanna Iztauletova, took part in the solemn event.
Recall that within the framework of cooperation between the military departments of France and Kazakhstan, three-month intensive French language courses were held on the basis of KAZCENT for ten servicemen of the Armed Forces of the country.
According to the results of the control testing, all students confirmed the successful mastering of the language at the level of "DELF A1-A2".
– In the future, students will master the language at the "B1" level, – said Major Eduard He, senior officer of the Language Training Department of the Center. – In the future, this opens up the possibility of participation of these servicemen in peacekeeping missions in African countries, where the main language of communication is French.
