KAZAKH PEACEKEEPERS HAVE PASSED A SPECIALIZED COURSE "PSYCHOLOGY OF LEADERSHIP"

The classes on improving leadership-commanding skills organized by the Defense Section of the British Embassy in Kazakhstan had been conducted in KAZCENT.
The training was attended by the instructors of the Peacekeeping Training Centre of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The program of the weeklong course consisted of the study of leadership theory, the basic principles of teamwork, and effective approaches in motivating subordinates and conducting negotiations.
– Currently, the model of interaction between the management team and subordinates, the management style play a crucial role. Peacekeepers have to be able not only to perform their duties competently, but also to properly build relationships in a multinational environment," said Colonel Bauyrzhan Nigmetullin, Head of the Peacekeeping Training Center of the Ministry of Defense.
Upon the completion of the course, that was held in English, the participants received the appropriate certificates.
