Under the leadership of the Head of the Peace Operations Center of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel Bauyrzhan Nigmetullin, the results of the Center's activities during the winter training period were summarized, and plans for the upcoming period were outlined.
During the meeting, issues of combat readiness, anti-sabotage protection of KAZCENT facilities and military service were discussed.
The reports of the heads of departments and services on the areas of activity – peacekeeping and language training, logistics, medical support, as well as reports on the state of military discipline and law and order, the work of non-commissioned officers were heard.
Following the meeting, the head of the Center, Colonel Bauyrzhan Nigmetullin, outlined the priority areas of the department's activities for the coming period. The main efforts will be aimed at high-quality training of the second rotation of the peacekeeping contingent before departure to the Golan Heights, maintaining high combat readiness and military discipline of KAZCENT personnel, and systematically strengthening the anti-sabotage protection of the Center's facilities.
At the end of the event, in honor of Defender of the Fatherland Day and Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War, a ceremony was held to award the servicemen of the Peacekeeping Operations Center with state and departmental awards, medals, early titles and diplomas.
Thus, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 2, 2024, the head of the Center for Peacekeeping Operations of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel Bauyrzhan Nigmetullin, was awarded the Order of "Aibyn" of the II degree named after Bauyrzhan Momyshuly, the Order of " Aibyn " of the III degree named after Rahimzhan Koshkarbayev, sergeant of the Department of Peacekeeping Training of the Center, Sergeant 1st grade Nurlan Aitimov. Also, the deputy head of the Center, Lieutenant Colonel Valikhan Baykenov and Sergeant of the Logistics Department, Sergeant 2nd class Kaysar Albmagambetov, were awarded the state award – medals "Zhauyngerlik yerligi ushin".
In addition, by orders of the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, nine KAZCENT servicemen were awarded departmental awards – medals "El korgany", "Minsiz kazmeti ushin" of 1, 2 and 3 degrees.
